All Big Future Preschool staff meets federal guidelines, have credits in Early Childhood Education and have passed training and background clearances. Parent conferences are held to share progress and collaborate on each child’s evolving needs. Program effectiveness on an individual and collective level is measured by analyzing student progression on literacy, writing and math skills, as well as observation of physical, emotional and social behaviors.
